We work as an extension of the Client's office and consequently the team is staffed by CPAs, has deep experience, low turnover and personalized commitment. As a result, although the services are cheaper than other Administrators the quality is much superior."

• Maintain the official books and records
• Process and book all transactions
• Process all fees and expenses
• Process all financial metrics and highlights
• Reconcile bank statements and other cash accounts
• Process all derivatives or hedges e.g., FX, Rates, other
• Process Capital Calls, Distributions, other
• Publish monthly capital account or NAVs
• Publish Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS or GAAP
• Produce customized monthly accounting related reports
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual investor reports
• Produce customized portfolio reports e.g., exposure, return, sector, etc
• Execute KYC, AML and other procedures
• Coordinating Audit and Tax processes with External Auditors
• Maintaining data held in third-party systems e.g., eFront, TNR, etc
• Any customized requirements
• Ability to work 24/7

MB administers funds with total committed capital of over $5Bn including Fund of Funds, Mezzanine, Private Equity, Real Estate and Co-Investment vehicles.
