MB Services is focused on providing tailored outsourcing services that are built from the ground up. As companies move beyond the excitement from the initial benefits of outsourcing (including: cost savings, head count, streamlined processes, etc.) they have to begin focusing on further value creation. MB Value is the incremental value that can be derived by instituting tailored solutions to Company processes. For example, Company management is pleased if the cost of a product that was originally 100 units is reduced to 75 by outsourcing certain aspects. However, MB Value focuses on making the outsourced cost be 70 so incremental values can be derived.

"We work with the Company in understanding 'what is required' and balance it with 'what maybe optimal' to create a mutually agreed upon solution. Once the solution has been agreed to it is moved into production where it follows rigorous delivery control procedures. The delivery platform includes a fully automated, high bandwidth center that is staffed by highly experienced personnel. Again, the construct is to steer away from the debate on the number of employees to having the right employees/personnel. Consequently, most of MB employees have Chartered Accountancy degrees. It is our belief that this talent pool allows MB to be detail oriented in all aspects of our operations."

Approach: MB undertakes a proactive engagement with the Company to understand the "process", collectively design the final "template of deliverable" and then deliver. The objective is to enable effective delivery across most mundane/repeat type aspects of the business and facilitate Company resources to focus on core activities. This means that MB does not have any pre-conceived notions, boiler plate best practices, where the client does "X" and best practice is "Y" so we should do XY.  Similarly, MB also believes that every Client environment is unique and MB's approach is simply to understand the client processes and then by leveraging mutual experiences design delivery templates. 

Traditional Consulting: Consultants usually come armed with tools such as Industry research, best practices and case studies. The process involves (a) understanding the Company Practices, (b) evaluating against the Consulting tool kit, and (c) recommending refinements/enhancements. Usually these stamping processes give management higher legitimacy for their stakeholders however, in the end beyond the stamp usually the Company is left to implement the recommendations (however, unusual or theoretical).


MB's view is not to argue for or against the stamping processes
but to work with Companies on deriving tangible value.

MB Value: MB understands that there is no one design or program that fits all Companies or activities. It is naïve for MB to approach a Company with a pre-conceived notion or delivery package. MB Value is derived from understanding the Company practices and then isolating procedural areas that can relive the Company to focus on its Critical Tasks. The process involves (a) understanding the Company Practices, (b) evaluating against the Consulting tool kit, (c) isolating the mundane/process intensive activities that can be carved out, (d) designing delivery templates/procedures, and (e) freeing Company resources to focus on higher value added activities.


The focus is on carving out the processes that can be executed by MB in a more efficient manner and at a lower cost. This is because delivering on procedural tasks is MB's Core Activity. MB follows an open ended approach that focuses on all types of Industry verticals, activities and resource requirements.
