Natalino Duo (57)
Natalino moved to India from Italy in the mid nineties as the CEO of Perfetti . During his tenure Perfetti grew to become the leader in the confectionary market in India. From 1999 Natalino served as the CEO of Benetton in India. Under his stewardship, Benetton expanded the number of retail outlets, made the product range more suitable to the Indian market and put the company on a secure path for future growth. Previously, he worked with Kimberly Clarks, L'Oreal and Telecom Italia. He served on various boards including Murugappa Group, Indiacom, Technova and Pure Cotton. He is also the Cofounding Member of EUROPEAN BUSINESS GROUP (India), the primary forum of European enterprises in India. Natalino has been honoured with Knighthood for Italian Solidarity in 2008 by the President of Italy, H.E. Giorgio Napolitano for his contribution to the relationship between Italy and India. Mr Duo obtained his bachelor degree from Turin Liceo Scientifico and studied Marketing & Business Administration at University of Turin "Facoltà di Ecomia e Commercio".
Lalit Ahluwalia (55)
Lalit has worked on a wide range of assignments, covering reviews of International and US GAAP reporting, mergers and acquisitions, business advisory and due diligence engagements, and business and strategic advisory services to multinational companies establishing their business presence in India. Additionally, he has also been involved in developing entry strategies for overseas clients proposing to establish business process outsourcing centers in the country. Lalit retired as the Senior Partner of Ernst & Young (India) in 2004. He was a Senior Partner with Arthur Anderson (India) from 1989 to 2002. Lalit had previously been with KPMG (Yemen), Ranbaxy (India) and Dearden Farrow (London). He also served as Vice Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in India during 1996 to 1998 and Chairman from 1998 to 2002. Lalit is a Chartered Account, has a FCA (England & Wales) and a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Delhi
