Amlan Bhattacharjya (40). Founder and CEO
Amlan started his professional career with Arthur Andersen in the assurance practice. He was part of the initial team that set up the Risk Consulting practice of Andersen in India. Prior to forming MB, Amlan was the Chief Operating Officer of Netwala Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. which provided the first web based CRM Program in India. In this role he managed various functions including more than 200 employees. Out of his extensive years of professional services experience, he has spent in excess of ten years in the area of process consulting, risk management, and governance across a cross section of industries, such as ITES, Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, and Aviation. Apart from leading client engagement teams on projects in the European, African and the Asia Pacific regions, he has played a quality review role on global Andersen mandates. Amlan has also had the opportunity to instruct and participate in various training programs at the global training facilities of Arthur Andersen including Veldhoven, Netherlands. Amlan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a MS, Economics from Clark University & B.A. Economics (Honors) from University of Delhi.
Pradeep Thind (36). Director
Pradeep has over ten years of Banking experience both in India and North America. Prior to joining MB, he worked in Scotiabank's Commercial Credit business where he was responsible for structuring loans for upper mid-market clients. His broad Banking and Finance experience involves Brokerage and Wealth Management with Citibank where his primary customer base comprised of high net-worth individuals. Pradeep completed his MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto and B.A. Economics (Dean's List) from University of Rochester, NY.
Anil Varshney (32). Director
Anil is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting, US GAAP reporting and audit. Prior to joining MB, Anil was a Audit and Accounting Partner with a boutique Accounting firm in India. During his tenure there, Anil had very detailed and diverse experience in consulting with various international organizations. At MB, he heads the accounting team and is responsible for quality control and process review.
Lt Col Rajeshwar Pramod (48), General Manager
A graduate from Allahabad University, an alumnus of Indian Military Academy, Rajeshwar was commissioned on 17th Dec. 1983. He has 23 years of multifaceted experience in the Indian Army; wherein he managed over 1000 personnel, pan India logistics, operations and disaster management. He last held the appointment of Additional Directory (personnel) in NCC Directorate. On his leaving the Army, he joined Jaiprakash Associates Limited in Oct 2007 as AGM (P&A) where he was instrumental in steering a green field cement project managing entire gamut of HR, IR, Administration and logistics. His professional qualification amongst others includes a MBA from MDI Gurgaon, SCM & Retail Management - IIT Delhi and Six Sigma Green Belt from ISI Delhi.
Vikas Datta (29). HOD Marketing & Communications
Vikas is a dynamic professional with successful track record of around 5 years of rich experience in managing marketing and branding activities. He has the profound abilities and experience in setting-up & rolling-out successful marketing campaigns and has been associated with companies like Reliance Communications, Virgin Mobile and Lemon Mobiles. At MB, he heads the Marketing Division and is responsible for brand management and other ATL/BTL communications.
